This is a special entry slot for those who make a hometown tax donation of 30,000 yen or more to municipalities in the Shinetsu region. Slots include 100 for Myoko City and 50 for Nagano City in the 110km category, among others. In principle, the full amount minus the 2,000 yen self-payment is tax-deductible.
