The Shinetsu Five Mountains Trail Running Race Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) recognizes the importance of personal information of users handled by the Committee. The Committee hereby declares that it has established its own rules and systems for the appropriate protection of personal information in its possession, and that it will comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information, other related laws and regulations, and the Committee’s own regulations for the proper handling of personal information.
