Important notice

The race is organized by the local tourist bureaus in the Shinetsu area. As such, as part of the race requirements, all racers (and pacers) are required to stay at accommodations designated by the race organizer as follows:

100 mile:
Tue. Sept 22 (after the race) — breakfast included.

110 km:
Mon.Sept 21 (before the race) — includes dinner and breakfast.
Tue. Sept 22 (after the race) — breakfast included.

Special Accommodation for Overseas Runners

  • Accommodation will be arranged by the race organizers for overseas runners. The accommodation is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the race check-in area.
  • There are no convenience stores in the Madarao Kogen area.
  • After completing your race registration, you will receive a confirmation email in early June regarding your accommodation reservation, length of stay, number of guests, and shuttle bus usage.
    Additional accommodation outside the race period can also be arranged upon request.
  • The Welcome Party is available for 110 km runners and their accompanying persons only. 100 mile runners and their companions and pacers are not eligible to attend.

Includes buffet dinner & breakfast. A buffet dinner will be served at the Welcome Party, and an early morning buffet breakfast is available near the race start area in Madarao Kougen Restaurant Heidi.

注記：

  • The per-person rate for groups of three or more guests is the same as the per-person rate for double occupancy.
  • Children from 6-11 years old are 70% of the above adult rates.
  • Children under 5 years old rate is JPY 1,000/child (no extra bedding, no meals provided)
  • All rates are inclusive of tax.
  • Pacers and accompanying persons (e.g. racers, family members other than pacers, friends) may also stay at the same rate as the racers.
  • Please pay 50% of the accommodation fee in advance as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the race.
    If the deposit is not received, you will not be permitted to participate in the race.

Accommodation Schedule

　We will contact you by email by June 1 to confirm the number of guests and other accommodation details.
We will send an invoice around July 15.
Please pay the deposit (50% of the accommodation fee) by July 31.
Please note that accommodation booking is mandatory for race participation.
The remaining balance must be paid at the accommodation upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the 50% deposit paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable.

Notes:

  • The listed prices include consumption tax and service charges.
  • An additional accommodation tax (JPY 200 per person per night) will be charged separately.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  • If you decide in advance that you will not take part in the race, please contact race headquarters and the lodging as soon as possible, regardless of the cancellation fee deadlines below, so that they can cancel your accommodation reservation.
